Wet but wonderful

When the nestcams began streaming in the drizzle at Kielder only Nest 1A had an osprey on it – Mrs YA!

where’s YA?

She stayed on the edge looking out for 50 minutes or so then decided to do a bit of ‘nestoration’

YA hadn’t put that stick in the right spot

Mrs YA arrived sometime between 17.00 yesterday and 10.00 today. The first time we saw her with YA was at 11.00 when he brought her a whole live trout. A video will be posted later.
