Fabulous Friday!

Today the long awaited switchover of nestcam feed from the original Nest 2 to the new platform took place. It was a speedy operation on a warm, sunny day. And what did we find?

Three eggs, the usual clutch size so what we hoped for, but it was still great to see them.

The quality of the new camera is an improvement too – look at the detail on the feathers.

Grateful thanks to the Forestry Commission Radio and Electronics Branch and the field staff.
